The Clinical Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy to patients by assessing nutritional needs, developing individualized care plans, and supporting optimal health outcomes across the continuum of care. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and families, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards to promote patient safety and quality care.
