You will work as a senior clinician within a multidisciplinary environment, providing specialist dietetic assessment and intervention while contributing to service development, clinical leadership and best-practice care. Provide comprehensive nutrition assessment, intervention and ongoing monitoring for residents with complex nutritional needs Develop and implement individualised nutrition care plans in collaboration with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team Provide senior clinical expertise, consultation and support in relation to nutrition and dietetics within residential aged care Contribute to quality improvement, service development and evidence-based dietetic practice Provide education, support and guidance to staff, residents and families regarding nutrition and dietary management Classifications for this position will range from Grade 3 Dietitian $104,135 - $118,981 per annum, pro rata for part time) .
