We are currently hiring Cooks for first and second shift who are passionate about quality, teamwork, and service. Cooks for full time and part time, 2nd or 3rd shift available. Position Summary: Hospital cooks have a unique role that combines culinary skills with healthcare needs. Key responsibilities include:  Meal Preparation:  Preparing a variety of hot and cold food items, including entrees, soups, and sauces, using standardized recipes. Dietary Compliance:  Working closely with dietitians to ensure meals meet specific patient dietary restrictions and nutritional needs. Safety & Sanitation:  Following Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines, along with federal, state, and local health regulations. Kitchen Operations:  Operating and cleaning various kitchen equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of food items. Customer Service:  Serving food to patients and staff in an efficient and friendly manner and resolving customer concerns.  Why Trinity Health?
