The Lead Dietitian works collaboratively with the Foodservices/Clinical Team and Nursing to ensure that nutritional plans are implemented and standards for the Food and Nutrition department are met. Provides leadership, coordination, direction and administration for the clinical dietetics division of the Food and Nutrition services department. Oversees food safety and sanitation.
