You will have experience in working with consumers to participate in, group programs and 1:1 specific intervention. Some of your position duties will include: Provide nutrition specific assessment, interventions, education and management of referred consumers from within the mental health program Co-facilitate and design group programs to improve consumers health literacy Work collaboratively with multi-d teams providing consultation regarding consumers nutritional health needs. Classifications for this position will range from AJ1-AJ4 ($94,478 - $106,906 per annum pro rata).
