MoreLife is looking for a passionate and dynamic practitioner to deliver their adult behavioural change weight‑management programme. In this role, you’ll empower adults to improve their health through sustainable lifestyle changes—supporting them to eat well, move more, and reduce alcohol intake where needed. Most of your time will be spent leading face‑to‑face group sessions, creating a motivating and inclusive environment where individuals feel supported to achieve meaningful, long‑term results. You’ll use evidence‑based coaching techniques, including motivational interviewing and CBT‑informed strategies, to help participants overcome barriers and build healthier habits. Alongside group delivery, you’ll provide one‑to‑one health coaching, maintain accurate records, and work closely with community partners to ensure the ongoing success of the service.
