Sodexo is seeking a Diabetes Education Dietitian to join the outpatient team at Lehigh Valley Health Network, with the flexibility to be based in either Allentown or Bethlehem, PA. This role offers full-time or part-time scheduling options. In this role, you will work directly with patients managing diabetes, providing individualized nutrition counseling and supporting diabetes self-management education as part of a collaborative Diabetes and Endocrinology team. Dietitians in this position practice at the top of their scope, with the autonomy to make meaningful clinical decisions and directly impact patient outcomes.
