SADHNAM is an upcoming knowledge, research, and wellbeing platform being developed under the aegis of the non-profit organisation Sanatan Wisdom. Launching this Janmashtami, SADHNAM brings together Yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, nutrition, mantra science, and evidence-based wellbeing through expert-led videos, journals, and educational programmes.
