Position Summary The Clinical Dietitian collaborates and works alongside a team of health care providers to create nutrition care plans for clients/patients. The clinical dietitian will assess nutrition and health needs, counsel clients and caregivers on nutrition issues, develop nutrition care plans, as well as monitor and evaluate the effects of the nutrition care plan.
