HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Community Dietitian to deliver specialist nutritional assessment and intervention for adults requiring nutritional support and home enteral feeding across Wiltshire. You will manage your own caseload, work with specialist dietitians and the MDT, and benefit from flexible working arrangements to support wellbeing. The post is based at Wilton Health Centre, 22.5 hours per week, with NHS Pension and Agenda for Change terms.
