Reset Health is seeking a Dietetic Associate Practitioner (DAP) to deliver protocol-led nutrition and behaviour change support for adults with obesity and related long-term conditions, under supervision of a registered dietitian. You will work within the Wraparound pathway, support patient education, follow-up, documentation, and escalation of concerns, contributing to safe, scalable digital care. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week).
