We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Grade 1 Dietitian to join our growing Dietetics team, in a casual capacity. You will be working in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment within Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital where you will manage a clinical caseload across inpatient and day rehabilitation settings.
The role will involve providing high-quality patient care through completing nutrition assessments, identifying nutrition risks, developing and implementing individualised nutrition care plans, providing nutrition education to individuals and groups, and working closely with other health professionals and food service staff.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Dietetics or equivalent as recognised by Dietitians Australia (DA).
- Registered as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with DA.
- 1 year minimum experience in acute or subacute hospital settings.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with patients and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Organised, adaptable and able to work independently when required.
- Friendly, approachable and motivated.
